Introduction to Compliance and Corporate Governance

In this course, we provide an overview of these complex concepts in a straightforward way that ensures all employees understand the terms and the role they play in achieving compliance.  

The course aims to provide an overview of compliance and corporate governance to enable the employee to understand the relevance of these concepts within the workplace. This programme contains two sections: An Introduction to Compliance and an Introduction to Corporate Governance.

  3. Gain awareness around corporate governance in South Africa and the King Report on Corporate Governance
  4. Identify values and principles within the workplace
  5. Identify ethics within the workplace
